Let’s try the viral Japanese cheesecake trend usin Let’s try the viral Japanese cheesecake trend using @lifewaykefir Farmers Cheese, only let’s make my childhood favorite….Cherry Delight! 

This version did not disappoint! I used Lifeway Farmers Cheese in place of traditional cream cheese for an added 15 grams of protein per serving. The @biscoff cookies were such an easy and yummy alternative to a traditional graham cracker crust!

Easy Cherry Delight 
1 package @biscoff cookies
1 container @lifewaykefir Farmers Cheese
1 cup Lifeway plain kefir
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste 
1 can cherry pie filling 

In a large mixing bowl, mix together 1 container Lifeway Farmer’s Cheese and 1 cup Lifeway plain kefir. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well. Use a blender or immersion blender to make the mixture a more smooth, creamy consistency.

Comment LINK and I’ll send you over the recipe for my family’s favorite cinnamon rolls! Once you try these cinnamon rolls, you may never make them any other way ever again! They are DELISH, but the best part is how easy they are to make! The full recipe is below as well! 

Easy Mini Cinnamon Rolls:
 
1 can crescent rolls
Spreadable or softened butter (or margarine)
Cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar

Buttercream Icing:
1 cup powered sugar
2 tblsp softened butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2 tblsp milk as needed

Preheat oven to 375. Put down parchment paper on counter and unroll crescent dough. Spread butter evenly over dough. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the top of butter. Spread brown sugar evenly over the cinnamon. Roll dough into a log shape and cut into 1 inch rolls. It should make approximately 10 mini rolls per can. Place rolls into a greased baking dish and bake on 375 for approx. 18-20 min or until Golden brown and done in center. As cinnamon are cooking, prepare the icing. In a small bowl, add powdered sugar and mix in softened butter. Add vanilla and mix well. Add in milk a little at a time and mix until smooth. Remove rolls from oven and let cook for 5 min. While still warm pour icing over the top of rolls and enjoy! NOTE: for my family of 5, I double this recipe!

Cream and Crimson Cocktail!🤍🏈❤️ 1 shot Whipped Cr Cream and Crimson Cocktail!🤍🏈❤️

1 shot Whipped Cream Vodka
1 shot Half n half or heavy whipping cream
1 12 oz can Big Red soda
Ice

In a shaker, add I scoop ice, 1 shot glass of whipped Cream vodka and 1 shot glass of half and half or heavy whipping cream. Shake well and pour over crushed ice in a glass. Fill rest of glass with Big Red! For a mocktail, just omit the vodka. You can also add a scoop of vanilla icecream for a cream and crimson float for the kiddos! 

FUN FACT: my hometown in Indiana sells the most Big Red in the country🤣❤️!

Comment GRANOLA and I’ll send the best homemade gr Comment GRANOLA and I’ll send the best homemade granola recipe to your DM’s! It’s sweet, chewy and so easy to make. It’s one of my husbands favorite snacks! Once you make this granola…you’ll never want the store bought stuff again! 

I’ve included the full recipe below as well! Let me know if you give it a try❤️

Ingredients
4 cups old fashioned oats
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Cover baking sheet (with sides) with aluminum foil and spray foil with cooking spray for easy clean up.

2. Mix oats, cinnamon and salt together in a large mixing bowl.

3. In a sauce pan, mix brown sugar, oil and honey together and stir on medium heat until sugar is dissolved. *TIP: add oil before honey and use same measuring cup. Honey wont stick to measuring cup!

4. Pour brown sugar mix onto oats and coat completely.

5. Pour oats onto prepared baking sheet and spread out over pan.

6. Bake granola at 350 degrees for 10 min.

7. Remove from oven and give the granola a little stir while still on the pan. This helps the granola to stay chewy and not get too hard and crunchy. Let granola cool completely on baking sheet.

8. Break granola into small pieces and store in an airtight container.
