12 Weeks of Christmas Candy! Week 2~Peanut Butter 12 Weeks of Christmas Candy!
Week 2~Peanut Butter Balls🎄🤶🏻

Welcome to my new series 12 Weeks of Christmas Candy! Come back each Friday for a new Christmas Candy treat and be sure to check out the past recipes as well!

Peanut Butter Balls
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
1 cup powdered sugar
Melting chocolate

In a mixing bowl stir together peanut butter and butter. Gradually add powdered sugar until combined. Using a teaspoon or small cookie scoop, roll mixture into balls and place on parchment paper. Melt chocolate and dip balls into chocolate, placing back on parchment to allow chocolate to harden. I like to drizzle with additional milk or white chocolate! This recipe will make approximately 12 balls. Enjoy!

Week 1~Brookie Caramel Bites🎄🤶🏻🍪

Welcome to my new series 12 Weeks of Christmas Candy! Come back each Friday for a new Christmas Candy treat!

This is a new recipe I created for a Trader Joe’s dupe! I bought the TJ’s Brookie Caramel Candy Clusters a couple weeks ago and my husband LOVED them …so I wanted to try to recreate it at home! They were so easy to make and he gave them a 10/10!! Add this recipe to your Christmas Candy making list this year! Recipe below!

Brookie Caramel Bites
Brownie Edges-use store bought or box mix
Chocolate chip cookies-I used store bought from Kroger bakery
Caramel Bits or wrapped caramels to melt
Melting chocolate
Flaky Sea Salt

🍪Use store bought brownies, cookies and caramel to make this recipe super easy! (I used a brownie box mix and store bought cookies).
🍪 melt chocolate bark and caramels as directed
🍪on a parchment sheet, spread a little melting chocolate crumble bits of brownie and chocolate chip cookie in top of chocolate. Top with caramel and drizzle with more chocolate. Top with flaky sea salt and allow Chocolate to set up before lifting from parchment! I hope you love this easy Christmas Candy recipe!❤️

Semi-homemade Chicken Pot Pie for the win🙌🏻! Semi-homemade Chicken Pot Pie for the win🙌🏻! I worked full time outside of the home for 17 years while my kids were little. Fast food wasn’t in the budget and dinner at home together was the best part of my day…so I came home at 5:30 or 6 and made dinner nearly every night! I had to get really creative at making quick and easy meals so we had a lot of semi-homemade things! Things we still make today! This chicken pot pie is one of our favorites! The full recipe is below! Let me know if you’d like to see more semi homemade meals for busy moms!!

Chicken Pot Pie:
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
2/3 cup milk
3 cups shredded chicken
2 cups frozen veggies (or 1 can mixed veggies)
@pillsbury (or any) refrigerated pie crust (2 pack)
Salt and Pepper to taste
*preheat oven to 425. Prepare a pie pan and bottom crust as directed. In sauce pan melt butter and add onion, cook until tender. Add flour and mix well. Pour in broth and milk stirring constantly until thick. Add in veggies (if using frozen I would steam first) and shredded chicken. Spoon mixture into pie plate and add top crust. Cut slits into top of crust. Bake on 425 for 30-40 min until golden brown. Let pie sit for 10 min to cool a bit before cutting. Enjoy!❤️

Comment CAKE and I’ll send you the links for our Comment CAKE and I’ll send you the links for our fall digital cookbook and to the mini Bundt pan! I’ve shared the full recipe below as well!

Brown sugar cake is easily our family’s favorite and most requested dessert! I love making these mini pumpkin cakes each fall from the same recipe. They are so cute and festive AND everyone gets their own little cake! I use a @bettycrocker yellow cake mix and it makes this cake so easy to make too. I hope you give this recipe a try and it becomes your family favorite too❤️!

Brown Sugar Cake:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer. Pour into a prepared bunt pan (I like to use Pam with flour). Bake on 350 for 1 hour for a regular Bundt pan…for the mini Bundt pan, bake for 30 min be sure they are cooked through by inserting a toothpick to see if it comes out clean. Cool cake completely before removing from pan. I like to sprinkle powdered sugar on mine! For the mini pumpkins, add a cinnamon stick in the center for the stem. Enjoy!!!

Have you ever tried an Amish sugar cookie? They ar Have you ever tried an Amish sugar cookie? They are big, soft and fluffy and usually coated in sugar! They are my mom’s favorite so I made some for her birthday! She loves orange and cranberry so I added some zest and dried cranberries to half the batter. They were amazing! The best part about these cookies is there is no rolling or cutting out required.

The full recipe is below! I hope you give these easy sugar cookies a try! Let me know what you think!

Soft Amish Sugar Cookies
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs (room temp)
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Sugar for rolling
*For orange cranberry sugar cookies zest one orange, add dry cranberries and follow the rest of the instructions below.

Preheat oven to 350. Cream together butter, powdered sugar and sugar with a hand mixer. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix together dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to butter/sugar mixture. Mix well. Chill dough for 30 min. Use cookie scoop and roll dough into balls and roll balls in sugar. Place a parchment sheet on a baking sheet. Bake on 350 for 10-12 min. Do not over bake. Cookies should be soft. Remove immediately and place on cooling rack. Enjoy! ❤️
