I’ve wanted to make this easy Christmas candy for a few years now, but never got around to it. I’m so glad I gave it a try this year! It was simple to make and it’s delicious! It reminds me of Heath bars which my husband loves. I sprinkled some Heath toffee bits on the top along with some festive sprinkles, but the sky is the limit for toppings! Add some red and green m&m’s, crushed peppermint, sea salt or white chocolate drizzle…use whatever is your favorite!

- Set a timer for your oven when baking the Christmas Crack. Do not over bake. The caramel mixture should be bubbly when ready.
- Immediately add the chocolate chips when you remove the Christmas Crack from the oven and allow enough time for chips to melt before spreading out on the caramel mixture. Cover with foil if you want to speed up the process.
