Storing Lasagna Soup
Lasagna soup is best served immediately, however, it can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the refrigerator. I would not recommend freezing as the noodles will become mushy once thawed.
To reheat, you may need to add some broth before reheating as the soup tends to thicken up once it’s stored in the fridge. Reheat soup on the stove over medium heat, or microwave for a minute at a time until it’s heated through.
