Beer bread only requires a few simple pantry ingredients that you probably already have on hand. Below is everything you need to make this easy bread:
- All purpose flour
- Baking Powder
- Salt
- 12 oz beer
- Butter
- Loaf Pan
How to make Beer Bread
Follow these easy steps for this quick and easy beer bread!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt 1/4 cup butter in a small bowl and pour half in the loaf pan. Brush the sides with butter and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl add 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.
- In the same bowl add 1/4 cup honey and 1 12 oz can of beer to the flour mixture and mix well.
- In prepared loaf pan, pour bread dough in loaf pan and smooth out. Pour remaining butter along the center of the loaf.
- Bake bread on 350 for 40-50 min or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool about 10 min in pan before removing. Serve warm with butter!
